I have exciting news to share. Conviva has been named 2nd on FORTUNE’s Best Workplaces in the Bay Area list.

This comes as no surprise to me. Since joining Conviva 10 months ago, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting personally with nearly all of our 250 employees worldwide. What I continue to hear from folks is that Conviva is unique, special, and the place they want to be.

It starts with genuinely nice, collaborative people and shared experiences. A few favorite examples I hear raves about: the regional treats brought back from travels around the world, dancing with dragons for Chinese New Year, daily gatherings for themed lunches, Rangoli chalk art for Diwali, and spirited soccer matches during the all-company summer gathering. While we work in seven countries, we are one team.

Sharing knowledge and information is just as important in our culture as having fun. Employees tell me they appreciate the transparency at all levels of the organization, our investment in employee development, and the expertise throughout the organization that enables delivery of delightful content experiences for both our streaming TV providers and their end consumers – hundreds of millions of viewers worldwide. Convivians are excited to be part of our company’s growth trajectory as we help create the future of streaming TV.
