Conviva, an OTT video optimization company, has released its third, annual “Viewer Experience Report,” which found that consumers expect more from their OTT services than ever before. “Viewers used to be content with an OTT service if the video began playing at all; this is no longer the case,” explained Hui Zhang, Conviva’s CEO.
